Terra Data was founded to bridge a persistent gap: environmental organisations have access to more ecological data than ever, but rarely the tools or capacity to act on it. We exist to change that — building analytical solutions that are scientifically robust, practically useful, and accessible to the people doing the work on the ground.

Marlène Boura
Founder
Behind Terra Data is Marlène Boura, a data scientist and ecologist with a PhD in Geography and over 10 years of experience at the intersection of spatial analysis, machine learning, and applied ecology. Before founding Terra Data, Marlène worked on large-scale European biodiversity datasets, urban ecosystem mapping, and environmental policy projects. She is fluent in English and French and brings both scientific rigour and practical field awareness to every collaboration.
